singer - actress - mirrorball

It all started when she saw A DRAGON SHAKE ITS HEAD AND A GREEN GIRL FLY…

When I figured out I could be painted green and sing for a living… I was sold. All throughout my childhood, I begged to be put into every type of performing related activity my parents could find. I loved to tell a story and to have everyone’s undivided attention. All of those classes landed me at Northwestern University where I got my B.A. in Communication with a major in Theater, a minor is Psychology, and a certificate in Music Theatre.

Since graduating in 2021 (a.k.a our sophmore year of COVID), I have moved back to my hometown of New York City and have been molding my artistic identity through the many amazing opportunities I have received. I have appeared and produced several concerts at 54 Below, Chelsea Table + Stage, and the GreenRoom 42. I have also been lucky enough to be apart of the 2022 & 2023 ensembles for BCEFA’s Broadway Backwards at the New Amsterdam theatre in NYC. Currently, I am making my regional debut as an on-stage swing for BEAUTIFUL: THE CAROLE KING MUSICAL at the John W Engeman Theatre where I have found excitement and a love for the unpredictability of being a swing.

I have a strong passion and inclination for new work and have had the privilege of working on/cutting demos for many new works including THE ANGEL MAKERS (by Amanda Freedman & Lorenzo Pipino) and IN PIECES (by Joey Contreras). New work, especially that have contemporary music theatre or pop/rock inspired scores, fuels me artistically and I hope my career is peppered with them.

Some less performing things about me is I am the mom of a year and a half old cavapoo named Marnie (yes, as in the Disney Channel masterpiece that is the Halloweentown franchise) and I am pursuing a screenwriting certificate from the UCLA Extension program in TV writing. As I continue to grow as an artist (and a person), my goal is to make others feel all the big feelings through my storytelling as well as inspire empathy for the human experience.
